In the years since those days at the Bixby Ranch, I’ve traded the California ocean for the Colorado mountains. Still, when it came time to give a name to the company I founded, there was only one right answer—an homage to a place that was naturally perfect. BIXBI.
In the time between swells, I worked on my family’s mushroom farm. There, I developed an understanding and appreciation for the powerful health benefits of farm fresh foods.
